Took some time off of a program for the last couple of weeks and just did 3x week squatting, benching, deads.  I'm finding after I run a program like JC or TSA my best bet is to take a couple of weeks off after and just do some lifting at my own pace and not jump right back into a program.  Feeling good now and starting back up again tonight with TSA round 2.  Should have had that as my plan all along.  If it's not broken...

1100 total in April is my goal and I think it's reachable with where I'm at after the last block of TSA. 

Starting numbers for this training block are 320 245 435

Agreed on taking some time in between program blocks. I feel the same way. Good luck with your next run of TSA, 1100 total will be great.

Howdy Dave!  Sounds like a good call to pace yourself between programs.  We would all be better off to have that kind of good sense.  Looking forward to seeing you crush your goals for April! 8)

First set felt creaky and slow and depth was an issue. Last set felt like a toothpick on my back but still a bit of depth issue on rep 1 of the last set.  Sucking wind by the end too lol

Bench

Off and running.  Pretty easy day considering but was gassed by the end of squats.  I ordered a rogue ohio power bar for my Christmas present from my family.  It gets here tomorrow :)  Can't wait to try it out.

Beauty start Davey! Squats actually looked much better than u described them, nice work! OHP was one of the first things that arrived in my home gym and probably the best thing I have!
