Are you running a program this year for your peak?  Also wondering about cardio since it seems like you and I might be the only ones who do it lol  how close to the meet do you keep doing it?  Last year I didn't do any at all.  This year I'm trying to do dedicated walks a few times a day at the very least at a good pace.  If there's one thing that I hate it's feeling winded so easily.

Will stick with a good ole' Sheiko program if I compete. Just doing the cardio for an Early April 5K and health reasons...
