Didn't train yesterday because my Dad was in town Thursday so we went out for dinner/drinks and shot some pool afterwards.  Got to bed late so no 5am alarm or training.

Today was heavy bench.  Pretty much a carbon copy of last week's heavy session.  I guess I'll take it.

Hey, you worked to within 90% of your PR.  You also do that probably more than most people on this board.  I'd say you are doing just fine.  They can't all be awesome training sessions.  If they were, you'd be sharing the platform with Lillibridge.
