Wasn't a stomach virus.  Literally weird/random acute abdomen pain.  Was kinda scared to be perfectly honest.  Lisa and my boss both wanted me to seek medical attention.

I think it's OK now.

And on top of that I think I was getting some kind of cold/flu bug that I apparently fought off.

Thanks.  I was reasonably happy with the squats and very happy with the shoulder session yesterday.

Back today was a little lackluster; we were both off work and went in late morning, actually around noon, and I was not really amped up.

I love those meadows rows though.

Probably 50% due to pre-gym sex and 50% due to the two sausage and egg English muffins I had before training.

I really prefer to train fasted.

I really prefer to train fasted.

I don't like to be completely fasted as a heavy weight session will make me almost sick with no nutrients, but I can't stand training with food right in my gut either.
