and people thought I was nuts for doing squats and deads the same day.  I'm using half the weight though.

An I won't lie.  The older I get, the more I worry about nature calling during squats and deads.

I was and then issues arose.  I had another lined up for April, but it got moved to The end of May.  There's another in Feb I may go for. As it stands now, I will be able to compete in the 220 class without issue and be able to hit the numbers I had in 275 class with a an easy 50lb increase in my dl's, I'm aiming for a total around 1660 at this point,  in May I'm wanting to break 1700 in either 220 class or 198.

I've heard of 10x10 programs.  I didn't think anyone actually did them.  Ho-Ree-Fok that sounds painful
