Took over an hour. Weights are light, still feeling out the elbows. Had a nice pump and took off my sweatshirt for the first time since shutdown, sad sad sad. Need to bring the shoulders and chest back up, thinking I'm going to go to a few sets of arms after back/chest day, arms are fine proportionally and I could have trained chest today.
